CAC has worked closely with the project Owner, and a team of engineers and cannabis industry experts to obtain building permits for a new 16,000 square foot facility, which will share an address with TYCA Materials Corporation in Clinton, MA. This existing manufacturing building offers many unique challenges, and our design team has succeeded in carving out areas for a very space efficient cultivation facility; multi-functional extraction and processing labs; and a retail dispensary.
