John Caveney

Bio

John is the President and founder of Caveney Architectural Collaborative. An active member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), John received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Masters in Architecture from Clemson University. After training at highly-respected design-build firms before, during, and after college, John made his way back to his hometown of Lowell, Massachusetts and started CAC in 2015.

Active in all aspects of CAC’s business, John oversees the firm’s overall direction and vision, design quality, and customer satisfaction. John and his team operate with the mentality that the client always comes first and that their satisfaction is paramount. This mindset is at the core of each project that CAC takes on.

John holds licenses as a registered architect in MA, NH, SC, GA, TX, FL, RI, NJ, and MI. He is also a Massachusetts home improvement contractor (#185131) and a certified construction supervisor (#CS-110042). John is a member of the ASA, BSA, NCARB, NAIOP, and REFA, and he is constantly looking to build upon his professional knowledge.

In John’s free time he enjoys skiing, golfing, catching a Red Sox game, and cooking delicious meals while trying not to burn the kitchen down!
