310 Great Road

CAC collaborated with Lexington Realty Holdings to design a new multifamily community located at 310 Great Road in Bedford, MA. This three-story structure features commercial space on the ground floor with residential units on the second and third floors. Our team designed each residence for open concept living and with the intent of facilitating aging in place through universal design.

The exterior of the building takes inspiration from the traditional architecture of buildings in the area, while incorporating contemporary design elements for a more ‘urban’ aesthetic. Located along one of the main corridors through Bedford, the site’s prominence makes it an attractive destination for both residents and retailers. We collaborated closely with the Ownership Team and the city’s newly adopted zoning guidelines to deliver a building that marries the history of Bedform with future, forward-thinking goals of the city.

CAC coordinated closely with the ownership team and the city’s new zoning guidelines for development along the main business corridor to achieve a product that will help bring together the future goals of the city with the history of Bedford.
