Bio
John Caveney, AIA is the founder of Caveney Architectural Collaborative. John received his Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Masters in Architecture at Clemson University in South Carolina. After training at design-build firms before, during, and after college, John made his way back home and started CAC in Lowell, Massachusetts.
John is responsible for overall firm direction and vision, design quality, and customer satisfaction. To that end, John takes an active role on all projects that CAC has the opportunity to design. At both John and the firm’s core is the desire to put the client first.
In John’s free time he enjoys skiing, golfing, catching a Red Sox game, and trying not to burn the kitchen down!
John is a registered architect holding licenses in MA, NH, SC, GA, TX, FL, RI, NJ, and MI. He is also a Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor (#185131) and a certified construction supervisor (#CS-110042). John is a member of the ASA, BSA, NCARB, NAIOP, and REFA.
