Overview
The Arch Street Cultivation project is a unique challenge for CAC as it involves the design of a cannabis cultivation facility within a portion of a historic mill building complex in Greenfield, MA. The design was focused on being space efficient in order to accommodate all processes of cannabis cultivation in a limited area. The team was faced with the task of fitting a brand new design into a 120-year-old and complicated building structure.
The most gratifying part of this project was the opportunity to work with such an interesting mill building. The team had to carefully measure and model the existing conditions, which was crucial to the success of the project. The end result was a functional and efficient cultivation facility that fits seamlessly within the historic building.
In conclusion, the Arch Street Cultivation project was a challenging and professionally satisfying project for CAC. The team was able to bring a new purpose to a historic building and create a space-efficient and functional cannabis cultivation facility. The project highlights CAC’s ability to work with unique and complex building structures and deliver results that meet the client’s needs.
