Buttermilk & Bourbon

Buttermilk & Bourbon is a well-known restaurant and bar located right in the thick of the new, trendy Arsenal Yards development. Chef Jason Santos tapped CAC, in collaboration with Assembly Design Studio, to design this sister establishment to the popular Back Bay location.

Inspired by the lively French Quarter neighborhood in New Orleans, the restaurant features a state-of-the-art kitchen that is home to an innovative American menu with heavy Southern influences, a three-season patio with an exterior bar, and an indoor mezzanine that transports guests to an experience that can only be found elsewhere on Bourbon Street, itself. The experience perfectly encapsulates Southern hospitality in what is perhaps quite an unexpected location in the Northeast.
