Ethos Lynn

The Ethos Dispensary is a renovation project of a two-story building in Lynn, MA. The building was in poor condition and required extensive structural design work to support the renovation plans. The team removed the entire second floor to create a bright, open double-height space for the dispensary floor. The end result was a beautifully updated masonry building with large windows, excellent interior design details, and a program that met all of the owners’ needs. The most gratifying part of this project was seeing the previously abandoned and dilapidated building revive into a busy retail space, serving customers daily.
