Strongwater Farm Perley Arena

Situated on the Tewksbury State Hospital campus, Strongwater Farm is a 20,000 square foot therapeutic equestrian center located in Tewksbury, MA. CAC was enlisted in 2020 to design the facility, which offers equine-assisted activities to both individuals and small groups with cognitive, behavioral and physical disabilities. Our team delivered a functional design for the building that houses an indoor riding arena, stall areas, office space, and observation room. Serving the Tewksbury community, the facility provides a safe and nurturing environment for equine-assisted activities and therapies.
